6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 2 serving Half and Half Cream, Low Fat, Land O Lakes, 2 TBS 3 serving Bacon (Tyson Thick Cut: 2 slices) 1 cup Spinach, cooked 1 tsp Salt 4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
distribute cooked spinach, chopped cooked bacon, and shredded cheese among 12 muffin tin. Whisk together eggs, milk, and spices. Pour in each muffin tin - 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
