Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 green onions1 large carrot, shredded1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces1/2 lb. sugar snap peas,halved2 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast meat1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves1/2 cup blanced slivered almonds, toasted2 tablespoons white sugar2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce1 tablespoon ground dry mustard
Directions
In large bowl, mix together the onions, carrot, red pepper, peas, chicken, cilantro and almonds. Set aside.

In small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce and dry mustard until smooth. Pour over salad misture and toss until coated. Serve in pita pockets or on a bed of lettuce.
