Black Bean and Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 mango or 6-8 slices of fresh precut mango, chopped1/2 of a red bell pepper, diced1 small red onion, diced1/2 cup canned sweet corn, drained1/2 cup rinsed and drained black beans1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper2 tbsp lime juice1-3 tbsp cilantro
Directions
Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup per serving

Combine the Mango, bell pepper, red onion, corn, black beans, salt, pepper and lime juice and mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes so flavors can combine.

Stir in cilantro and refrigerate until ready to eat or serve immediately! The more time it sits the more the flavors combine.
