2 tbs Olive Oil, Extra Virgin1/4 cup chopped Onions 2 clove Garlic 9 oz London Broil Steak, cut in thin strips1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth - or Beef broth, veg was what I hadServe with cauliflower, broccoli or green beans...
Heat oil, saute beef, onions, garlic on medium.
Add broth and seasonings.
At this point it is ready to serve
OR...Simmer but not too much, keep those juices.
The original recipe didn't call for broth, we serve this over a side veggie with the broth

yes, we had a huge side of Green Beans and Salad, but knowing that I would have possibly a different veggie each time, I am keeping my Keto recipes to just the meat and seasons unless it is a casserole, glad you liked it.
