100 gram(s) DON Double Smoked Leg Ham 1.5 serving baby red potato baked (2 potaoes small) 0.5 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh 3 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 6 serving Egg, Large Whole Raw, Fresh 3 serving Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge) 1 1tsp Olive Oil 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Dice potatoes (1 and a half cups ) and boil 7 minutes
Chop broccoli , half to one cup, add to potatoes and boil further two minutes. Drain and set aside
Add oil to a skillet pan and lightly brown. Add potatoes and broccoli and fry on lower heat.
In a bowl add eggs , almond milk and herbs. Add salt and pepper.
When just set on bottom add sliced tomatoes and cheese and place under griller
Serving Size: Divide equally into 3
