Crock pot chicken and potatoes

Ingredients
3 medium sized potatoes4 boneless chicken breasts, halved1 cup orange juice2 tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. dried basil1/4 tsp. nutmeg2 tbsp. cider vinegardried parsley flakes
Directions
Slice potatoes thin, and place in slow cooker.
Arrange chicken breasts over potatoes
combine orange juice, brown sugar, basil, nutmeg and vinegar.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle dried parsley flakes over chicken.
Cover and cook 8-10 hours

    I did not like this at all... i guess it wasnt for me. i think it was the basil for me, that didnt make it work. and for some reason the chicken came out dry and the potatoes were mush.. i think the cooking time was off for me. Sorry. - 7/12/09
