Ingredients
32 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 80 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Garlic powder .75 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, careful not to over-mix.
Portion into 1-oz balls (about golf ball size).
Brown in skillet if crusty exterior desired.
Finish baking in the over until fully cooked.
