4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2.5 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (.5 egg is the yolk).5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .36 cup Granulated Sugar .25 cup Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Salt 8 tbsp NN glace mix (candied fruit) (by ALITTLETLC1) .25 ounce Yeast, bakers .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix yest with warm water to dissolve. Add warmed milk to the yeast. Add all other ingredients to complete dough. Last 1/2 cup flour may need to be added on a mat or pastery cloth. Add candied fruits at the end. Proof until at least double in size. Roll onto floured surface and divide into 2 oz portions. Create round rolls. Place in greased pans and proof a second time. Bake immediately in a 350 degree oven.
