2 T EVOO1 t mustard seeds2 t grated fresh ginger1 t ground coriander1/2 t turmeric1/2 t ground cardamom1/8 t cayenne pepper12 brussel sprouts cut in half1/2 c unsweetened apple juice2 T fresh lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
Heat EVOO and add mustard seeds until they begin to pop. stir in ginger and spices and sprouts. pour in the juices and salt and pepper. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes
