roasted corn salsa

Ingredients
4 ears corn3 tbs olive oilsalt and pepper1 small red onion, chopped fine1 red bell pepper, chopped fine1 jalapeno pepper, minced2 tbs red wine vinegar1 avocado, choppedjuice of 1 lime
Directions
rub corn with 2 tbs of oil and salt and pepper. roast on grill until tender.
cool and cut off cob.
add all other ingredients and mix well. chill
