Ingredients
2 cup Chick Peas 2 cup Beans, red kidney 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 8 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 1 serving Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup (by MINDYYY) 8 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 10 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Drain chick peas and red beans in a colander. Chop all the ingredients. In a salad bowl mix well all the ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
