Simple, oil free Mango Salad Dressing

Ingredients
3 small, approximately 1.5 cup, cut Mangos 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (or lime)1 dash Salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender (hand blender works great!) until smooth. Keep in fridge for a few days.

Serving Size: Yeilds about 1.25 c or 10, 2-Tbsp servings.
