Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf (without Chorizo)

Ingredients
4 Ground beef, lean 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 clove Garlic 3/4 cup Mill Almond Flour 1 cup cashew milk 4 large Egg, fresh 4 tbsp Ground Flax Seed Meal 2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Salt 1.5 tsp Onion powder 1.5 tsp Garlic powder 7 oz Cheddar Cheese (any cheese with significant flavour)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients except meat.
Mix into meat, but don't over mix.
Divide into 5 portions.
Shape out bottom half of each portion, lay in cheese, and top with second portion. Seal as best you can.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.
