Ingredients
Shrimp, raw, 24 oz (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 1.5 Cup (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)White Rice, short grain, 1.5 cup (remove)Add cyan pepper for taste
Directions
Saute all veggies in pan with nonstick spray add stewed tomatoes let simmer for 5 min add shrimp and cook until done then add chicken broth. add a Tbl spoon of flour if needed to thicken it up
Cook rice as directed
