Oriental Ramen Cole Slaw

Ingredients
SALAD1 bag Classic cole slaw mix1 pkg uncooked Oriental Ramen Noodles Crushed, (season pack reserved for dressing) 1/2 cup sunlfower seeds1/4 cup sliced almondsDRESSING1/2 cup olive oil1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1/2 cup sugar or splenda1 pkg oriental season (from ramen noodles)
Directions
In a large bowl combine bag cole slaw, crushed raw ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds giving them a light toss. In a small bowl mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar/splenda and season pack until sugar and season pack dissolves (or I just mix dressing in measuring cup). Pour dressing on salad and toss until well coated and serve. If preparing ahead for pot luck keep salad and dressing in seperate containers until ready to serve so crushed noodles don't get soggy.
