3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened
Cook the rice as instructed. When it's almost done, add coconut-almond milk. Let the milk soak into the rice for at least 10 minutes. I found it worked best to add the milk at the very end, and then shut off the heat, leaving it to steam into the rice with a lid on.
