Ingredients
1 cup Beans, black 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
Mix everything together and let sit overnight before serving.
