15 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup Milk, nonfat 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 3 cup, sliced Zucchini (2-medium to large) 3.50 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup) 2 c. Caulicream1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Slice zucchini and grill.
Blend caulicreme and milk together to make sauce.
Mix ricotta, egg, parmesean, and 1/2 c. italian cheese together
Layer sauce, zucchini, ricotta, chicken, cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until hot
