Ingredients
32.0 oz Chicken Thighs - Boneless, Skinless (15% chicken broth, sea salt, natural flavorings)1.0 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tsp Thyme, ground2.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne2.0 tsp Salt2.0 tsp Pepper, black2.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon2.0 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Cover thighs with water in medium pot. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from the pot and cool enough to handle then shred and place back in pot along with the bouillon, onions and tomatoes. Add water if needed to cover. Bring back to a boil then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 4 2.5 cup servings
