Ingredients
5 large Carrots, chopped1/2 green cabbage, chopped1/2 red Cabbage, chopped1/2 Onion, cut6 stalks Celery, cut1 Green Pepper, cut1 med Zucchinni, Cut1 lg can tomatoes1 pkg onion soup mixWater, 8 cups (or enough to just cover veggies)add pepper and parsley to taste
Directions
Cut all vegetables and add more or less of your favorites! Add everything to a large pot and simmer covered for 2 hours. This is so yummy and you get a lot of soup for a low calories and fat!!!
