680.0 Grams Cauliflower, frozen, cooked1.5 cup Milk, 1%1.0 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch1.0 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted)2.0 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Preheat oven to 350°. Place the cauliflower in the microwave and cook as directed on the bag. Drain any water and place in a glass container. Set aside. In a quart pan, bring 1.5 cups of milk, 1 tbsp of corn starch and 1 tbsp of butter to a boil on medium or until it thickens, stirring constantly. Add 1.25 cups of cheese and mix until smooth. Pour over top of cauliflower and mix. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and place in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes then serve.
