Mom's Meatloaf for Picky Eaters

1 lb extra lean ground beef6 oz ground pork2 slices Milton's Whole Grain Plus Bread, diced1 clove garlic, smashed and minced1/2 tsp onion powder1 tsp oregano1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp Kosher salt3 oz zucchini, grated2 eggs, lightly beaten3 Tbsp Worchestershire3 oz red wine
In a large bowl, add diced bread, salt, pepper, onion powder, and oregano. Wet ingredients with the half and half and allow to sit.
Combine Worchestershire sauce, red wine and eggs and beat lightly.
Break up ground beef and pork over bread crumb mixture.
Pour red wine mixture over beef and bread crumbs and combine together with CLEAN hands.
Place meatloaf mixture into loaf pan and bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour, checking regularly and pouring off accumulated fat as it comes to surface.
When top begins to brown, test with for doneness. At this time, if desired, top with ketchup or barbeque sauce and cook an additional 10 minutes.
Let rest 5 minutes before cutting into 8 slices.
