Bell pepper & cream cheese rolls

Ingredients
142 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tortilla, medium (approx 6" di Flour Tortillas 7 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat 4 ounce(s) Turkey breast, sliced, oven roasted, luncheon meat 198 grams Romaine Lettuce (salad)
Directions
1. Quart the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

2. Spread 1/2 the cream cheese over the tortilla.

3. Place the other half of the cream cheese and half the bell pepper in a food processor and puree into a sauce.

4. Place the turckey onto the tortilla and top with the sauce

5. Place the other half of the peppers over the turkey

6. Add lettues and roll up. Cut into bite size pieces
