Salmon Patties

Ingredients
15 oz Salmon, Starkist Pink Salmon (canned) 15 cracker Saltine Crackers (Saltines) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Beat egg. Crush crackers and mix with egg. Add Can of salmon to the egg/cracker mix. Divide into 4 patties or more. Spray pan with Crisco or PAM. Fry and serve.
