Low carb pizza snack cup

Ingredients
12 Sandwich Pepperoni slices2 tbsp Great Value Sliced Black Olives1 1/2 Cheese Head Mozzarella Stick 6 tsp Great Value Pizza Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut 4 1/2 inch cuts around the edges of each pepperoni slice, leaving the center uncut. Set aside. Cut each mozzarella stick into 8 pieces. Set aside.

Press each pepperoni down into a mini cupcake pan. Bake 5-6 minutes until edges are crispy, but still red. Let pepperoni cool in pan for 5 minutes so they hold their shape. Place cups on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Wipe grease out of pan and return cups to pan. Place 1/2 teaspoon pizza sauce in each cup, mozzarella piece and 2 slices black olive.

Place back in oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese starts to melt. Allow cups to cool about 5 minutes before serving.
