8 oz HEB Colby Jack Cheese (by CHUWEE) 1 tsp Chili powder .12 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Microwave a couple Tbsp. sliced jalapenos for 1 minute. Take cheese out of package and stack slices, cut column into fourths. Place parchment paper on two lined baking sheets. Space triangles about an 3/4" apart from each other on the baking sheets. For nacho chips, very lightly sprinkle (light dusting of) chili powder over each triangle. Place small slice of jalapeno on each triangle. Bake each sheet 6-7 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cool. Peel from parchment. You may want to place chips on paper towel to pull out excess fat before serving.
*** For a another great crisp - Instead of chili powder, lightly dust triangles with garlic powder and place 1/2 pepperoni slice on each triangle.
