Cheesey Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 med Onion chopped1 med Green Pepper chopped1 clove Garlic minced1 T Butter1 c Brown Rice3/4 c Fat Free Chicken Broth1/2 c Water1 14 oz can of Diced Tomato with Basil, Garlic and Oregano1 16 oz can Kidney Beans1 1/2 t Salt1 t Chili Powder2 oz 2% Velveeta Cheese
Directions
Chop onion and green pepper and saute in 1 T butter for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients leaving the velveeta cheese out til the end. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes covered at a low simmer. Cube velveeta cheese and stir in at the end.
