Ingredients
7 cup Cauliflower, raw 4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) .50 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Chopped Chives (Tone's) (by SARALINA79) .33 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook 7 cups of cauliflower with garlic for about 20 minutes, remove and drain from water, Add all the other ingredients and use a blender to mix up.
