Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal2 egg whites whipped1 tbsp vanilla extract1 tbsp nutmeg1tbsp cinnamon3 tbsp splenda
Directions
cook oatmeal
whip 2 egg whites, add splenda, nutmeg, and cinnamon - cook over medium heat till turns to custard
combine oatmeal and custard
top with strawberries
delicious warm or cold
makes 4 - 1 1/2 cup servings

    I noticed this recipe doesn't include the oatmeal in the calculation of the calories. The oatmeal includes an additional 150 calories and 27 grams of carbs - 2/23/10

    i have never heard of anything like this. it sounds better than all the instant flavored oatmeal that ive been eating for the past 6 months.. definitely going to make this one, maybe even tomorrow morning before work! - 3/24/11
