Breakfast Sausage Patties

16 oz Ground Pork 16 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 4 tsp Sage, ground 2 tsp Fennel seed 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Rosemary, dried .125 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .125 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
Mix all spices together in a medium sized bowl.
Mix the groud pork and ground turkey together and add to the spices. Blend spices into ground meat thoroughly.
Refrigerate overnight.
Roll into 2" balls, flatten and cook over medium heat in a spray coated pan.
Brown on one side, turn over, brown on the other.
They cook up fairly quickly and will shrink as they cook.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 42 patties (2-3 patties per serving as desired)
