8.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes3.0 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)2.0 fl oz Lemon Juice3.0 serving Mini Cucumbers (Euro Fresh Farms)2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chop mix together add lemon and olive oil to salt and mint f look flakes to taste
