Mixed Vegetables (stir fry mix) Birds Eye 3 cup * Wild Rice, 2 cup * Ginger Root, 1 tsp * Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp * *Bean sprouts, 1 cup * *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp * Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp * *Hoisin Sauce, 3 tbsp * Shrimp, cooked, 10 oz * Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long) * Butter, salted, 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
put sesame oil in the wok, and add all veggies. Mix together soy, hoisin and vinegar and pour over veggies, add shrimp, cook until tender and done. put half cup rice on plate with one pat butter, dish equal parts stir fry on each plate.
