Cinnamon wheat bread

Ingredients
1.0 ounce Yeast, bakers2.0 cup Flour, white2.0 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour0.25 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 tsp Salt4.0 tbsp Honey1.0 1tsp Coconut Oil0.15 cup Egg - Eggbeaters3.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Add natural yeast with 1 1/4 cups water. Combine with coconut oil, salt, honey, 1tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp sugar. Mix in 2 cups wheat flour. Mix and knead about 2 cups of white flour and form into a ball. Allow to rise until double in size. Roll flat and spread about 1-2 tbsp egg over dough. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture (1/4 c sugar/ 2 tsp cinnamon/ 2 tsp flour)over the flat dough. Roll up dough starting with short end. Place in greased bread pan. Allow to rise for about 1 hour. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
