Spaghetti Squash Carbonara

Ingredients
4 cup Spaghetti Squash 2 tbsp EVOO Pompeian 12 serving Hormel Natural Choice Uncured Bacon 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cloves Garlic 2 serving aldi goldhen eggs (1 egg) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 8 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Roast spaghetti squash at 400 degrees for 30 min or until fork tender
Cook bacon on medium heat until brown and crispy
Add garlic and onion and cook until tender
Add in roasted and shredded spaghetti squash
In separate bowl, mix eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
Stir into pan and coat thoroughly
