Garlic Shrimp with Spinach

1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 6 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 4 serving Shrimps (11 shrimps) .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .75 cup Half and Half Cream 4 tbsp California Sundried Tomato Spread 3 cup Spinach, fresh 5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Lightly brown garlic
Cook shrimp both sides (dont over cook)
Remove shrimp, set aside.
Add chicken broth to pan and loosen up any garlic stuck. Get boiling. Add 1/2 & 1/2.
Stir in sun dried tomatoes. Cook briefly. Add spinach. Let cook down.
Add shrimp back in, and add parmesan.
Serve over choice of spaghetti squash or pasta or noodles
