100 gram nature's eats blanched almond flour 60 gram(s) Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 serving Whey Protein Isolate Powder 200 gram Peanut Butter, Kirkland Signature Natural Creamy 150 gram Fiberyum Pre-biotic syrup sweetener 14 gram(s) Truvia Sweetner (3.5 g = 1 packet)56 grams Low fat cream cheese
Weigh and Combine all the ingredients in a food process and use pulse button to combined all the ingredients. You can use water or almond milk 1 to 2 tablespoon at a time to combine the dough. The dough will be thick and sticky. Spread the dough mixture into the loaf pans. If do not have a loaf pan you can form a large rectangle 12x8 and cut 20 bars Use parchment paper to form the dough. Chill the bars before cutting in the freezer or refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
