Ingredients
23.2 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1.5 cup Green Beans (snap) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 6 cup beef bone broth 5 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 2 tbsp Onion powder 2 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 1 tbsp Basil 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cut and Chop all vegetables. Add Bone Broth and Water to crockpot, turn on high heat. Add vegetables and seasonings. (Cook 1 hour) Cut up chuck roast, while that is cooking add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the pan and get the pan very hot to sear the Chuck roast, just sear the chuck roast, once that is complete add Chuck Roast and drippings into the soup. ( Cook 1 more hour)
