1/4 cup Siggis - Plain - Icelandic Style Skyr - 0% Milkfat 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic, minced Salt, to taste Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
mix yogurt and mustard.
whisk in balsamic vinegar.
Whisk in oil.
stir in garlic, salt, and pepper

enjoy!
