Baked Kidney Beans

Ingredients
2 cups raw kidney beans1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup molasses1.5 tsp salt1 tsp dry mustard2 tbsp bacon fat1 small onion
Directions
Boil beans for an hour or so. PUt in small roaster with other ingredients.

Bake @ 325-350 for several hours, keeping beans just barely covered with water.

May be "Baked" in a slow cooker, same instructions.
