Instant Pot Brown Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 0.5 tsp Salt 4.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Sauté butter. Add oats, stir to coat and sauté for 5 minutes to toast oats.
Add water and salt. Press cancel, then set porridge setting at high pressure for 12 min.
Let release naturally for 10 min, then Tennessee pressure, open and serve.

Can top with blueberries, toasted pecans, and creamer & sweetener of choice.
