1 medium bunch fresh broccoli 1 small head fresh cauliflower 3 medium carrots2 large cloves garlic3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)Salt & pepper to taste
Throughly clean all vegetables. Cut broccoli & cauliflower into bite size pieces and carrots into coins. In plastic bag, add all veggies, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Using a garlic press, press garlic directly in bag. Massage gently to coat all veggies with oil and seasoning. Spread out on baking sheet in single layer. Bake @ 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
