Marinade:2 Tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Seasoning1 Tablespoon canola oil1 Tablespoon soy sauce1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon cider vinegar1 Tablespoon lime juiceChicken:8 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 lb)1 Teaspoon salt.5 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
In a large, heavy duty bag, combine the jerk seasoning, oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and lime juice. Seal the bag and shake to mix the ingredients. Add the chicken breasts to the bag and let marinade overnight (or as long as possible).
Heat the grill. Remove the chicken from the bag and season with the salt and pepper. Cook the chicken on the grill (approx. 5-7 minutes on each side). Use the leftover marinade to baste the chicken while cooking.
