Ginger Lemon Tea

Ingredients
1.5 oz Paradise Green Dried Ginger Slices 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 fruit without seeds Lemons2.0 tbsp Aunt Sues Raw Wild Natural Honey
Directions
Fill pan with 1 quart of water. Cut lemon into thin slices. Place ginger slices and lemon slices into water. Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain water into a pitcher and drink hot or refrigerate to serve cold. If desired, ginger slices can be preserved to make pickled ginger slices.
