STUFFED MUSHROOMS

24 mushrooms ( 12 chopped and 12 stems removed and washed)garlic cloves 2-3 minced depending on your taste2 oz each of the following cheese shreddedmozzarella, fontina & romanoolive oil pam for oiling panseasoning (i use crazy jane salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper)
preheat oven 375
take 12 mushrooms and chop up along with stems saute in pan sprayed with olive oil pam spray along with garlic until brown and lightly crispy LET COOL
place in bowl add cheeses and toss taste for seasoning I add crazy jane salt and black pepper and dash of cayenne for added flavor
remove stem from other 12 mushrooms wash and dry well stuff each mustroom tight with cooled mushroom mixture. bake in oven 375 for 20-25 minutes
