Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 12 tsp trivia brown sugar blend with stevia sweetner (by J28734) .25 cup Butter, salted .125 cup, chopped Pecans .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2-1 in cubes. Add to instant pot with 1 cup water. HIgh pressure for 4 min. Quick release. Drain potatoes of any remaining water. In instant pot on sauté, melt butter, add brown sugar & cinnamon. Saute until starting to thicken. Add pecans and potatoes & coat.
