Cauliflower Fauxtato Salad

Ingredients
8 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 tbsp Great Value Sweet Pickle relish 16 serving Duke Mayo 1 Tbsp 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 2 large Hard Boiled Egg 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Cook cauliflower in microwave and chill and combine ingredients. If possible, dry cauliflower in a hot oven after microwaving.
