New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients
16 oz Shrimp, raw 4 tbsp Butter, salted 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tsp Creole Seasoning Tony Chacheres Original (by MACS706) 4 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Basil 4 clove Garlic minced
Directions
Spray large skillet (preferable cast iron) with cooking spray, add shrimp, lemon juice and seasonings cook until shrimp begin to turn pink, add olive oil and garlic and continue cooking until shrimp are pink. Add butter a small amount at a time, stir in completely, you want the butter to form a sauce and if you add it too quickly it won't work.

Serving Size: We got 3 servings, they were medium sized shrimp.
