4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Spinach, cooked 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Light Whipping Cream 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
Cook chopped chicken with some garlic green chillies paste, salt and peeper. when the water has evaporated add the spinach and corn. Cool.
Seperately whisk mayo with cream, beat in eggs salt and pepper. Mix into cooled chicken mixture. Pour into greased glass pie tray. Top with cheese, oregano and a sprinkle of chillie flakes.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
