Egg Drop soup

Ingredients
1 egg2 cups chicken broth1/4 cup frozen peas3/4 cups chopped onion1 small chopped carrot2 tbsp. corstarchsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil chicken broth in a saucepan or wok. Add seasonings, then cook for about a minute more. Add
carrots, onions, and peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onions are translucent. Lightly beat egg. Turn off heat, and very slowly drizzle in egg while stirring with other hand. Serve.
