Beef and Mushroom Taco Filling

Ingredients
4 tsp Garlic 1 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder (by SMARTIEBEE) 2 tsp Pepper, black 8 oz package of mushrooms16 oz (1 lb) Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat)
Directions
Empty 8 oz package of mushrooms into food processor. Process until you have small pieces approximately the size and appearance of ground beef. Don't worry if you get the pieces too small.

Place processed mushrooms and rest of ingredients into a large pan. Cook over medium-low to medium heat until meat is cooked through.

Can be frozen for meal prep.
